Do I need to know my terminal number?

No, it’s not necessary for you to know your terminal if you provide us with your airline name or flight number when booking. Our system allows us to track your flight information, including terminal details, ensuring that we will meet you at the right spot upon arrival and drop you off at the appropriate terminal when departing.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We understand that flight delays can happen, causing inconvenience to your travel plans. That’s why we’ve got you covered! We monitor flight schedules closely, and if your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust your pick-up time accordingly. There’s no need to worry about extra costs; this service is provided to ensure a seamless and stress-free travel experience for our customers. Just relax and enjoy your journey knowing that we’ve got everything under control.

What happens if my flight is canceled?

In the unfortunate event of a flight cancellation, we understand the inconvenience it may cause to your travel plans. We will make every effort to contact you promptly to discuss your options, whether you prefer a full refund or to reschedule your booking for a later time. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide flexibility and support during unexpected circumstances.

What should I do if I can't find my driver?

If you’re unable to locate your driver upon arrival, please don’t worry. In such cases, we recommend checking the designated meeting point first. If you still can’t find your driver, please contact our customer support team immediately. We’re available 24/7 to assist you. Simply provide us with your booking details, and we’ll swiftly resolve the situation.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

At DAS, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of vehicles to cater to your specific needs. Whether you’re traveling solo or with a group, we’ve got you covered. Our fleet includes a variety of options, from comfortable saloon cars ideal for individual or small group travel, to luxurious executive vehicles perfect for business trips or special occasions. Need extra space for luggage or equipment? We also have vans available for your convenience. And for larger groups, our fleet includes spacious buses to accommodate everyone comfortably. Whatever your transportation needs may be, we have the perfect vehicle to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

How far in advance should I book?

For groups with up to 8 seats, please book at least 24 hours in advance. For groups of 9 to 16 seats, we recommend booking at least 3 days ahead. And for larger groups of 17 to 50 seats, please make your booking at least 1 week in advance. These lead times help us ensure we can accommodate your group comfortably and provide the best service possible.

Do you accept payment at the time of booking?

Yes, we do. We only accept online payments at the time of booking. This means you can securely pay for your journey online when making your booking, eliminating the need for cash transactions or card payments at the end of your trip. It’s a hassle-free way to guarantee your reservation and streamline the entire process from start to finish.

What can I expect after making a booking with you?

After making a booking with us, you’ll promptly receive an online confirmation via email with all necessary details. If you require any further assistance or have additional inquiries, our dedicated customer support team remains readily available to assist you.

Is it necessary to have a child seat in taxis in Ireland?

The need for a child seat depends on the type of vehicle you're booking. For certain vehicles, such as limousines, it is legally required to use a child seat for young passengers. However, in all other types of transport, the use of a child seat is not mandatory. Regardless of the vehicle, your child's safety is our priority. Let us know your requirements when booking, and we will provide a suitable child seat upon request, ensuring peace of mind for your journey.

I have a lot of luggage, will it fit?

If you’re concerned about whether your luggage will fit in the vehicle you’ve selected, it’s best to err on the side of caution. We recommend booking the next available vehicle size up to accommodate your luggage comfortably. For instance, if you’re considering booking a saloon, opting for an estate would provide more space. Similarly, for larger groups with substantial luggage, consider upgrading to a larger vehicle size, such as choosing an eight-seater minibus instead of a six-seater MPV. The price difference is often minimal, or sometimes there may be no difference at all, compared to the added convenience and comfort. Additionally, keep in mind that if you’re booking a return journey, you may have accumulated more luggage, so choosing a larger vehicle from the outset can help ensure a hassle-free experience.

Is it safe to book with you?

Absolutely, your safety is paramount to us. All our drivers undergo rigorous vetting processes and background checks to ensure they meet stringent criteria before operating taxis. Additionally, our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to guarantee they adhere to safety regulations. When you book with us, you can trust that you’re choosing a reliable and secure transportation option for your journey. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

? Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

No, when you book with us, what you see is what you pay. Our pricing is transparent and inclusive of all taxes, fees, and VAT. You can trust that the price quoted at the time of booking is the final price you’ll pay.

Additionally, for airport pickups, we offer 45/60min for standard/premium service of free waiting time. However if you exceed this complimentary waiting time, we will then charge per minute for any additional waiting time. You can find our per-minute waiting charges here. Similarly, if you’ve booked our service by the hour, any additional time beyond your booked hours will be deducted from your remaining time. So go ahead and book with confidence, knowing that there are no extra costs lurking around the corner.
